Chickentopia is a concept I came up with way back in 2007. I was playing Rolemaster, a Role Playing Game, being run my a fellow gamer called Nige. We had to investigate why all the chickens from the farms in a local village had gone missing. My character, after some cogitation decided that they had all run off to a cave after having been turned into undead zombie chickens to live in an undead chicken utopia – Chickentopia!

So, put simply, Chickentopia is the place where the undead chickens go to live in perfect peace and harmony.

For a time my gaming blog, which you might still find at Ravings of a Mad Gamer, was the only result returned by Google when searching for Chickentopia. Since then the amount of references has increased and now seems to have become a more widespread term. I would like to think it was a term that I coined but I don’t think I am that lucky. I am reasonably certain that I was one of the first, in not the first, to get it into Google.

Just remember – Chickentopia exists!
